Families submitted their prioritized FY97 UFRs in early-January 1997
All UFRs were consolidated and placed on a ballot
Ballot distributed to families on 14 March and returned to OA22 on 8 April
Votes were tabulated and produced a prioritized list

Lessons Learned:
- Each families’ vote is important
- Voting is a time consuming process
- Families should submit mission essential requirements
