- Software dated; difficult for OA22 Family uniques.
- Entirely dependent on correct data input at agency level.
- Requires close monitoring of leave balances in the agency (particularly with advance and donated leave).
- Timelines constrained: If agency submission is after cut-off, pay could be suspended!! Cut-off is COB Monday following end of pay period.
- Conflicting guidance; user manual is not “friendly.”
- Personnel turnover in agencies.
- Extraordinary number of “new” pay problems going back to January 1996, long before DCPS conversion. Requires lengthy research time due to St. Louis closure.
