Vision

The US Army Resource Services Indianapolis team is committed to effective management of Army Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) processes overseeing critical, mandated, and/or sensitive Defense- and Army-wide programs which are more efficiently controlled under the auspices of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army through close association with and monitoring of Defense Finance and Accounting Service systems at Indianapolis Center.

We ensure that uniformed and civilian members of the military establishment of the United States (our Customer Focus) are able to obtain quality support services they deserve (Advocacy) while citizen-provided resources are used responsibly (Stewardship). Mission

• Report to Director of General Operating Agency 22
• Provide GOA/MACOM-level Resource Management Support for Assigned World-wide, Army-wide Programs
• Provide Guidance and Accomplish PPBES Tasks with HQDA Program Managers (ASA(FM&C), ODCSLOG, ODCSPER, and ODCSOPS)
• Develop, Implement, and Execute Financial Management Policy in close coordination with Defense Finance and Accounting Service - Indianapolis Center.
