Message from the Director, Headquarter, Department of the Army Resource Management:

On behalf of all of us at Headquarter, Department of the Army Resource Management, I would like to welcome you to our home page. On this web site, you'll be able to access data about RS-W and the services we provide to the various agencies under the Headquarters, Department of the Army. We've included information from each division in HQDA-RM as well as links to the home pages of some of the agencies that are part of Operating Agency 22 (OA22) and other resource management related sites.

We hope that this home page will help you understand our unique organization and enhance our ongoing effort to reach out to our customers with the most current information. The intent of this home page is to keep the approximately 200 activities supported by HQDA-RM apprised of current resource issues to facilitate effective management and stewardship of resources throughout the HQDA Secretariat, the Army Staff, and its associated staff support and field operating agencies.

Another goal of this home page is to reinforce the notion that resource management extends beyond the dollar arena - manpower as affected by the ongoing HQDA Redesign, accounting of prior year dollars, and the Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS) are all pertinent issues which could be well served through material provided in this home page.

In addition to providing you another vehicle to stay abreast of current resource matters, this home page will provide you an opportunity to tell us how well we are doing our job. I encourage you to provide comments and suggestions on better ways we can support you.
