Automated Version

The Command Climate Survey is required for use by commanders of company-size (and smaller) units. The automated version contains both the TO&E version (for surveying military personnel) and the TDA version (for surveying both military and civilian personnel).

Click HERE to save the file to your computer. IMPORTANT: After the file is copied to your computer, you must first re-name the file extension from '.zip' to '.exe' and then double-click on it to open the compressed (zipped) files into the three components described in the table below.

The Windows-based automated "Command Climate Survey" is contained in a file named CCS_V2_install (file size 2,899 KB).

NOTE: If you download the file using an old version of Windows, your system may automatically save the file to a default folder for you (for example, C:\temp). If you cannot find the file, perform a Search for the file (named CCS_V2_install) or ask your System/Network Administrator for assistance.

WinCCS_install file - when double-clicked, will open:
InstructionsCCS.doc This is an MS Word file that contains the instructions for using the Command Climate Survey program. Read this first. File size: 54KB
GoArmy2 Folder This is the survey program, GoWeb. It allows you to customize a command climate survey for your unit. It permits administration and data collection on disks, single or multiple computers, Local Area Networks (LANs), and Web sites. The program compiles and analyzes the results and produces bar charts and tables that can be printed or displayed. File size: 1,424 KB
SystemFiles folder This folder contains all of the files GoWeb uses to create a unit Command Climate Survey. DO NOT access any of these files directly. File size: 3.25 MB
