Leader DevelopmentARI's Leader Development S&T Program focuses on: methods to support decision-making and quick thinking on the battlefield; ways to provide accelerated development of Army leaders; methods that improve interpersonal and team-building skills; and new simulation-based environments to develop the digital command staff.
