Soldier Attitudes and Opinions in A Changing ArmySenior leaders have a continuing need to accurately assess the command climate of the Army and to identify the issues that concern soldiers. This effort on soldier attitudes and opinions provides input for Army policies and for program decision making.
This project has developed a methodology for assessing soldier attitudes and opinions and conducting assessments of command climate. ARI will continue to provide data on soldier attitudes and opinions and develop improved methods for assessing them. This will allow the DA Deputy Chief of Staff, G-1 and other senior leaders to gain insights into soldier concerns, track trends, identify emerging issues, and provide timely solutions to Army problems.
