Alternative
Work Schedule Privileges:
- Flexitour - Flexible starting and stopping time
within core hours Monday through Friday.
- Compressed - In most cases, work extended hours on
selected days to meet the 80 hour work requirement per pay period in
less then 10 work days.
Annual Leave:
- Earn 13 work days of vacation each year during your
first 3 years.
- Earn 20 work days of vacation each year from your
4th year through 14th year.
- Earn 26 work days of vacation each year after your
15th year.
- Up to 30 work days may be carried forward in all
vacation categories
Sick Leave:
- Accumulate up to 13 work days of sick leave each
year to use for personal or family sick leave.
Holiday and
Other Leave:
- Receive 10 paid holidays annually.
- Provisions for paid and/or unpaid leave exist to
take care of other absences for such reasons as maternity, military
obligations, court attendance and voting.
Health
Benefits:
- Under the Federal Employees Health Benefits
Program, employees can choose excellent health insurance benefits that
offer comprehensive coverage including medical and surgical benefits.
Each carrier provides for individual or family coverage. No physical
